Classic skating... classic.

I took a much needed day off last Friday. We took the kids over to the classic fun center. It's kind of cool to see that they enjoy something I enjoyed when I was a kid. Ofcourse, this place is a heck of a lot cooler than it was when I was a kid. It's got laser tag, bouncy houses, ball pits and token games. It was pretty fun time. It's neat to see the kids ride their scooters on the rink. They are so independent as they get older. Connor does a really good job. Although most times he ends up going the wrong direction.

I remember I held a girls hand for the first time at classic ahhh memories. Just in case you were wondering, it was "A Whole New World" from Aladdin. That was the song we skated to.

Please to enjoy some pics and vids.

Fairy Forest

Up in the Uintah's you can find what is called the fairy forest. It apparently was started by some group crossing america to spread love and peace or some junk. Through hear-say Christie's mom happened upon it one day with some friends. The next week she took as all to see it. It was a magical place and we left our own home-made fairies for all to see.

Segways and spiders and Kikel's... oh my!

Last Sunday was Uncle Randy's birthday. Not sure how old he is exactly, but my dad just turned 54 this year, so he's a couple years older than that.

We went up Provo Canyon to celebrate. He received a segway for his birthday, so we each got to take a turn riding it. It was pretty awesome actually once you get the hang of it. My dad told me it actually cost $5,500. So I don't think I'll be getting one anytime soon.

We decided to also go for a walk along the path, and well.. I'll let you see below what we found. There was a guy on the path that had just picked it up. Bailey wanted to hold it and as you can see, my three year old niece has no fear.

Their fingers were stained red...

Payson, UT. Home of 'Raspberry Fresh'. Thank you Jason from work for suggesting this place. Our kids loved it and so did we.

Good cheap fun and a nice drive. This may become a family tradition. We are going to make some home made ice cream with the raspberries.

The greatest show on earth...

Tonight we went to the Circus. Barnum Bailey and Ringling Brothers. We being, Jenny, Christie, Connor, Avery and myself.

We rode trax for Connor, even through it was a block ride. It's still fun for him to ride the train, he loves it.

There were actually protesters outside the Delta Center protesting the animals being used in the show. I can't say I blame for to be honest, Christie agrees.

We got the tickets via a radio show for free, so they were nose bleeds. We actually got stuck right in front of a cement wall so the kids could barely see. Coupled with the distance, they got bored rather quickly. Also, Connor seems to be coming down with something and was running a temp. Most of the time he was saying, "I want to go home!"

I'm pretty glad the tickets where free, cause it wasn't the greatest show on earth, more like the greatest show on suck. Sucky suck. :) Anyways, it was better than sitting home I suppose. Next time we go we will get closer seats for sure.

Cowboy party

Grandma Betty's house boasted a cowgirl party for the niece Cadence. The kids got to ride ponies and tractors. I tried to move a whole table from the front yard to the back and failed horribly. All the plates and drinks went on the ground and all over me.

Please to enjoy some video and pictures from the event.

Wheeler Farm

Got some new shots in with Papa's camera last Saturday. We tooks the grandkids over to Wheeler farm to take the shots.

Kinda funny though cause there was a carnival going on, which we weren't going to, so it was kinda hard for the kids to concentrate while all the fun activities were going on in the distance. No worries though, cause we took them to McDonalds afterwards and let them play in the play place.

As you can see Avery's Minnie is quite tattered and dirty in these photo's. Christie actually bought her a new one yesterday. Hooray for new Minnie!
