Raging Waters

Last weekend it was Pioneer day. I got that Friday off for a three day weekend. So we decided to use the Raging Waters coupons Christie had got me for Father's Day.

It was a hot and bolstering day, so it was perfect weather to go.

The kids really enjoyed the little kiddie pool area that had a floating lobster. Connor practiced his under water breath holding and Avery did a good job off just barley keeping her head above water while walking around the pool.

They also both really enjoyed the wave pool.

Mom and Dad got to enjoy some of the adult slides and things, but had to go by themselves so one could stay back and watch the kids.

It was a pretty fun day and the kids were exhausted by the end. We still have a coupon so we may go back before the summer is out.

New look and feel...

You may have noticed, I added a new look and feel and also I updated the title to include Avery. (Babery / Googee)

Yukee and Conn

Went to the splash park by our house this last week with my family. It was just chilly enough in the air that the kids didn't want to stay in the water for very long.

Avery is pretty much doing the park stuff all by herself now. She climbs the stairs, also she goes on the slides all by herself. Even though she's a bit wobbly she does alright.

Also, we are pretty close to removing the gates on our stairs. She's gotten good at going up and down them. Although she comes down them facing forward, sort of silly, she hasn't figured out the easy slidey way that Connor does on his stomach.

Baby Yukee and Bailey stayed over for a night last week. Four kids under 3 1/2 as Christie put it. She did admit it wasn't that hard, or at least not as hard as she feared. Bailey loves to say "no!" I think it's her age. Her and Connor spend most their time fighting over toys and not sharing. Guess that's what happens when you are the oldest. You have a hard time sharing.

Kite

One day we decided to go kite flying, Avery took it a little bit too seriously...
