In the Raw...

My dad has now turned me onto what is called shooting in the raw. Basically your camera is set with minimalistic settings upfront and most of your development happens on the back end. Not quite as complicated as I thought it would be. We were able to pull out some pretty cool pictures of Connor. I will begin shooting and developing in the raw from here on out, but I'm going to have a hard time backing these files up, just to give an example, one file alone is 75 megs. Ofcourse I had to resize these files to upload. Luckily I have a program that will batch resize, so it's pretty awesome. Let me know what you think about these ones... He was pretty darn grumpy throughout these shots, but you wouldn't be able to tell. :) He's such a sweet boy. I love hims.

Connor got to go see our friend Kriszta break some bricks this weekend. She's a master blackbelt and she is pretty dang good at it. He got to eat a sno cone and then went to grammy's for some fun with the hose. Check it out.

We gotta go up to Rupert, ID for a small weekend vacation a couple of weeks ago. It was me, Tirstie, Conn, Mom, Dave, Dani, Jason and Bai Bai. We went to Quad's wedding and then to Bear World. Here are a couple of pictures for your viewing enjoyment.

Conn Conn's First Real Swim

I had downloaded the new Nine Inch Nails album at work the other day. I had no way of getting it off my work computer to my home computer when I remembered "hey!" I have a jump drive. So I went to clear it off to move the album when I realized I had some pictures on it.

These pictures are of the Connmaster down in St. George probably sometime last May, so over a year ago. That would have made him around 4 months old. He looks so much younger, I seriously can't even remember how it used to be back then, it's like another life. Anyways.. I have uploaded some of them, take a look. Oh and yes, this is the very first time he went for a swim.
